Billing FAQ

What does the annual discount work out to?
Annual billing is 20% off. You pay for 12 months but get 12 months of usage at the discounted rate. The same usage budget you get monthly is available immediately, all upfront.
Can I get a refund?
Plans are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the period you already paid for. We do not auto-refund unused balance, but reach out to support if you have a specific situation.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Open Settings → Subscription and click Manage subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
What happens when my balance hits $0?
New agent runs pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Any agent run that has already started will always finish, and Inventor absorbs the overrun.
